I love to see change and how technology transforms the way we work, live and play. In the last 10 years of experience in the New Media field, I've seen how these transformations change us. I can see both angles, where there is resistance and fear of what the future withholds; but on the other side as many innovations in history, there is a greater good if we choose to. I am passionate about utilizing technology to connect people, to educate and to make our lives better. The better we design processes and products, the more thought we put into them, applying human-centered design, we will effectively find ways to better our lives.

Engaging. Encouraging. Enthusiastic. Three words, that just happen to begin with E (unintentional), that I would use to describe myself. My work experience has been influenced by many great and inspirational relationships which I believe to be key in being successful in any endeavor. Be it managing construction contractors, managing high volume kitchens or managing interface application development the core always remains relationship and culture. This enhances the productivity. Too many times productivity and scheduling come way before the actual human element or touch of persona. We run at making something that will not reach the heart and in return fails to gain optimal climactic promise in what we are trying to achieve.

“Do what is right to other people. Love being kind to others. And live humbly, trusting your God.” Micah 6:8b
